B-roll is not a leftover. Whatever time we have left goes into it, and that same material ends up in the brand film, the snippets and later the podcast series.

The speaker's b-roll comes last on purpose. By then they are relieved and a little tired, which reads more naturally than when they are still sharp on their lines. Half an hour is enough.
